“God is never late and rarely early. He is always exactly right on time–His time”
When was the last time you waited on the Lord and you expected him to do something in your life? When was the last time you waited for a deliverance or breakthrough? Still waiting? Then, keep waiting! Because there’s no better time than his timing. A long time ago there was a Jewish teacher who went by the name Jesus and he had a friend who had died and Jesus got the message about his friends passing away but Jesus didn’t immediately go and visit his friend. Sounds like a bad friend? Trust me, he’s the best friend you could ever have. Jesus went to see his friend, by the time Jesus reached, they had already buried the friend. Jesus was 4 days late but Still on time. You may wonder, how is that ‘still on time’. Jesus reached and he went to the tomb and bought the dead person back to life. Pretty good friend isn’t he? We all go through life and we all wait for a miracle or something to happen in our lives and we always wait for God to do something. We want God to do a miracle, but can’t wait for his time. God has a perfect time to come through for you. You may have done everything and still there may not be an answer and you may be on the verge of giving up hope. Keep waiting, because if He promised, He will fulfil!
“You may not understand God’s timing about something, but you have to trust that his timing is Perfect. Trust Him and find rest”
God is the one who control times and seasons and it is better that way. Thank God they are not in our hands or we would really mess up. We look at things and we sometimes figure that we know what the best solutions are. We think that we know just what needs to be done to right the things that are wrong. However, we are not to lean on our own understanding. The Bible is filled with people who waited and waited and received it. And their stories became inspiring and challenging because they chose to wait. If they had given up on God’s timing then we wouldn’t have had legends to look up to, stories to inspire us and lives to challenge us. There are many of us who have prayed and believed God for years to bring deliverance, be reminded today that God still reigns. It may seem like you’ve been crying and praying to God for a long, long time, but do not give up on God. Because he may be 4 days late, but he is still on time.
