Once upon a time, a little long ago there was a land and there was a sailor who went on to search for a new land. He kept travelling for months and it looked like he wasn’t reaching anywhere. How much ever he travelled, it was still the ocean. Legend says if Christopher Columbus had turned his ship back, nobody would have blamed him but nobody would have remembered him. In simple sense, in life for you to be memorable you just have to be miserable. The both go hand in hand. You’ve got to embrace one to receive the other
Nothing good can happen to a person without some pain. Some people might think that pain only happens to bad people, but in truth, it happens to every person who wants to make a difference in this world. That is why you have to realise that nothing is going to hand itself over to you, you have to work for it. And if that means going through some pain, it does not matter, for if you work hard enough, you will definitely get some gain out of it.

But when one arrives at the summit, then it is easy, even though remaining difficult” It’s the law of nature that life needs to get difficult for it to make way for greatness. Nobody ever achieved that level of greatness without first a moment of pain. And at time you do wonder, whether the actual point of life is just trouble but life has a way of answering it by rewarding you for that journey of rocky path you undertook.
So long the tear falls and smile spreads, pain and pleasure are our elementary instincts to feel that we exist. They are the boundaries of two sides of single life that we are alive. No life has uninterrupted, endless pain or pleasure. Even the life of a pauper is not one of endless suffering. The sun sometimes smiles on him, but sometimes it shuts the heavens with the darkest of clouds, leaving nothing but despair for us.
Instead of seeing setbacks as weighty bricks in your mental backpack, you’re using them to construct stairwells that will one day lead to the clouds. One of the unwritten laws of the universe is that if you want to achieve something big, you must put out the effort and leave your comfort zone.
