“Close your eyes, fall in love, stay there”
Yeah the world’s going crazy for love. It tends to do that once a year, remember the independence, remember the fallen heroes, remember the birthdays and oh yeah, once a year remember to love. And while it’s a good sentiment, most times it just trickles down to grandeur displays of money or house of cards but with words, falls down the day after. We love but most times we fall out of it quicker then words could explain why.
If more of the world stayed in love, maybe we could have fewer days to mourn and a lot less days to pain. A study done by a few of those who study, narrowed down diseases that’s a result of emotions and they named the emotions to be Fear, frustration, rage, resentment, hatred, jealousy, envy, self-centeredness, ambition. All these emotions lead to diseases and the study concluded with the following words, “There’s only one antidote to all this and it’s Love”. And look how we’ve commercialized it.
There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer: no disease that love will not heal: no door that enough love will not open. It makes no difference how deep set the trouble: how hopeless the outlook: how muddled the tangle: how great the mistake. A sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all. If only you could love enough you would be the happiest and most powerful being in the world. Love truly conquers all and if we can celebrate that more often, think how the world could change. We often look for it in the wrong places, we place it on the wrong people, We associate it with the vanity and at the end of the day we’re left broken.
Love is eternal, love is what moves. And this season we’ve all got someone to love. We’ve always got someone to love. If not, there wouldn’t be a myriad of poems, songs, movies and architecture and maybe half of the chocolate industry. If we can start loving from the heart, like we’ve been shown on that Hill, then maybe just maybe we can redeem some of it, after all nobody is beyond the reach of love. Momentary hiccups cause us to fall out of it but love triumphs over roadblocks, it conquers over dominations it binds it all together. It brings us all together.
We want to touch the sky, reach the highest of highs, conquer the farthest of it all, be what nobody could be but in that don’t forget to love. Don’t forget the most simplest of it all, “Love each other”. So let’s get out and Love – give it, receive it, multiply it and live it.
